SUBSCRIPTIONS
How do our subscriptions work?
It‘s simple. You sign up by selecting your favourite toilet paper and by creating an account with your shipping address and billing details. We ship your chosen toilet paper either every month or two months, depending on the schedule you have chosen when signing up. You can cancel anytime.
Is there a fee to join?
There are no hidden fees. All you have to do is pay for the toilet paper and we will manage everything else.
When can I expect my first delivery?
All products are delivered within three days of receiving your order. Subsequent orders will be sent within either 1, 2 or 3 months following your first order (depending on your chosen subscription schedule).
What is our cancellation policy?
